Young people, old people, and those in between may find climbing and descending a swim ladder a difficult task. In fact grandchildren and ageing parents caused the founder  to focus on a need for easier water access to enjoy swimming from a dock.

Over a period of years and experiments with various materials, SwimEze® has evolved. The design was reworked numerous times using principles of customer satisfaction and simplification, until SwimEze® appears as it is today.
